The Imadero editorial team comprises four individuals with backgrounds in food science, sports nutrition, and nutritional research communication. The team operates from Kuala Lumpur and maintains the catalogue with a publication schedule of four to six formulation reviews per quarter.

Each new formulation review is passed through an internal verification process before publication: ingredient sourcing is confirmed, batch documentation is reviewed, and nutrient-role descriptions are cross-referenced against current published research.
